Just returned from a beautiful funeral service at this church for a dear friend. The pastor was comforting and uplifting. No fire and brimstone here. Perfect size not too big not too small. Beautiful setting on the beach. Handy parking. The service was amazing and awesome. Thank you so much.
Spent some time there had a great time. Dedicated to the people of fort Myers. Great ministry. Just want to say as well the coffee they sale is unbelievable.
Pastor Shawn teaches the word of God through life. He doesn't simply read the lessons from the Bible, he shows those lessons so that we can understand them. He devotes the entire time that we are in church to a lesson that we need to learn. No Pomp and Circumstance, just envisioning the words of God so that we can live them through our daily life. Never have I felt more comfortable in a church than I do at First Baptist Church of Fort Myers Beach.
The First Baptist Church is a nice place to go with a group from your organization to have a peaceful retreat and Spiritual healing. The church is accessible to walk and have a hymn singing while watching the sunset!!
We attended Beach Baptist the past two Sundays while visiting in Ft. Myers Beach. What a wonderful, warm body of believers where the Word of God is imparted with love. We were blessed to have shared that time with this church!
