Two old crusty guys run this place with no customer service skills. We go off the island just to avoid them.
Horrible customer service, in fact no customer service. They opened 10 minutes late and never made eye contact or even replied when we said "hello'. It's worth the drive a few miles to Goodz hardware.
This guy is jerk! Worst customer service and act like your an annoyance rather than a customer to be appreciated! I'm forced to go there for some items that I need in a hurry as next closet hardware is 20 minute drive!
I just enjoy going in here. I love the people that are working in here too, they have so many great and helpful information. The bottom line is , this is one heck of a store.
