I almost feel as this was a bait and switch and I will be reporting them to the appropriate government branch to investigate.
Walked in to rent two scooters. Wanted to see what we were renting so I asked if we could see the scooters first. The older guy said, well we got what we got you want to rent or not Then he said the cost was $119 a scooter when the website said 109. So I mentioned that. And he said...well the price is the price take it or leave it. Granted its only $20 but the way is was handled was rude and unprofessional. Didn't rent from him. Walked out.
That last person wasn't! You simply can't get something for nothing! Sorry! I work here and simply try to help as much as I can, and succeed 99.999% of the time. You can't fix stupid, but I still try!!!

When we checked in to rent the scooters, they were not the nice ones advertised on the website, they were some off-brand Chinese knockoff. The man working said they were only 1 week old but they had around 1000 miles on them and were scratched up. It was clear they were not new.
