I will NEVER rent from you guys again. I returned my car and you held my money up for almost my entire vacation while I was in Florida! I talked to numerous people and nobody could release my funds. I could have had a better vacation with my money! I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone!
Needed a mid-size SUV for a 4-hour trip and made our reservation over the phone, which went well. We were given a Jeep Compass but after driving it about 10 miles, realized the armrest/storage unit in between the front seats was broken and kept flipping open, which would hit the drivers arm. After calling the location, they said we could come back to get a different vehicle. They provided a vehicle that was a little step up from a Compass, was done promptly and we were back on our way.

Service was prompt, efficient, and courteous. My time frame for keeping the car was uncertain and they were entirely fine with my changing plans and willing to change my rates without quibbling.
We rented a Camry but got a Hyundai. The car was clean ran great and got good mileage the help was friendly and answered all of our questions I like that they pick up and deliver. And always unlimited mileage. Located near Bayside Bar & Restaurant.
