Absolutely, the most unprofessional business ever. The car was filthy and the bumper was held on with a pink string. The dash board had a huge crack all the way across it. Thomas Russo is extremely rude and dishonest. The rates are not what you are told over the phone. Stay away from them you are much better with Avis, Hertz, Enterprise anyone else but them.

My point is to state that you need to allow more reviews, or remove the old and in my honest opinion outdated, or just plain incorrect reviews.
I saved a lot of money and drove a very nice full size comfortable car with icy cold air, thats all I wanted from any car company.
My beef is several old 2 and 3 year old bad reviews are posted on trip adviser but new good reviews seem impossible to post, this seems a bit unfair, my experience was great and wanted to say so, I am a register poster on your site under "Realtor guy" and use this exact same email.

I am a vehement supporter of good family run businesses, so I went to them instead of some of the larger brands. As I got my quote, they asked for my credit card to hold the car for me, but said they would charge only when I picked up the car.
I recently used Sensible car rental in Ft Myers, and had read several bad reviews, but after talking with owner, (Tom) I felt them to be trustworthy and they indeed were.

When I called to cancel on the day of the reservation, they told me that they had already charged me the full amount for the car and $150 security deposit. I checked the papers they had sent me over email, and noticed that they don't have any policies on cancellation. When I mentioned that I could pay a cancellation fee, but questioned why they charged the full amount to my credit card without my authorization, they started raising their voice over the phone and using bad language. I have canceled car rentals a couple of times in the past decade due to unavoidable circumstances, but I have never been charged my credit card without authorization and then get insulted.
Avoid them - very unprofessional and deals with customers badly.
