RV's should avoid... I would give it 0 stars if possible. Wish I read Google review intend of yelp before reserving.
Management is not on site and does not know location other than it is utilized and states issues as they are provided by third party... no help.
Spots: Poorley desighned tight spacs are hard to navigate. Back in only and as for utilizes the spaces we ended up with one without water or there is water if your hose is 30ft to reach water on other side.. our drinking water hise isn't.
Money pit scam on travelers. This is not RV park this is a perminate mobile home Park with a couple very tight, hard to fit rv spaces.
Laundry is a scam at best where you have to buy their $10 prepaid card that is only filled with $7... which will never line up to cost of machines thus never be fully used and require another 3 fee to refill. Prices on machines also quickly raise comparably to other locations.
Tight spots to park an RV, even our 25 foot Via. Lots of park models, some run down. Walmart next door has a nice parking area, was tempting, but we wanted utilities. Works for a night or two but no longer. Gulf Air RV resort need a remodel. Will not return.
EXTREME CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancelled 75 minutes late according to their policy, and THEY KEPT ALL OF OUR MONEY FOR BOTH NIGHTS OF OUR RESERVATION. We called twice to appeal and were denied. Told it was their policy. We said it was our policy to warn other travelers of shady practices like this, as we have appreciated being warned by others these past 7 months while we have been traveling full time. This is the ONLY TIME we have been refused a refund for the entire length of our stay.
Free WiFi stated during reservation is not free. Turns out its $5 a day.....
If it wasn't so late and other parks were not closed I would pack up and leave this. As it is we are out first thing.
