This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. The guy seemed very nice at first but then turned absolutely rude when he asked if everything was good and I said there was some paint on my finger. He then started to complain about how short my nails were and showed the lady next to him one of my nails and said see her nails too short with a disgusted look on his face. The customer service was non-existent after this point. He missed multiple areas on my nail with the gel but I didn't want to say anything to get degraded again.
This place is under new management and my mom, sister and I had a great experience! They were nice and friendly, they were busy but made sure everyone was tended to eventually. Great nail job too!

Everyone was very professional & nice at this salon. I watched closely how the men treated elderly women with respect & great care. I get my nails done in Maryland all the time and I would say this place offers very comparable service and pricing. The woman nail tech finished off my nail fill & gel polish perfectly.
